Flexible Acquisition Strategy

One World Learns, being a privately held entity without external investors, enjoys considerable flexibility in its acquisition strategies. We have the capacity to engage with schools that exhibit a variety of characteristics:

  • Presence or absence of real estate, with a preference for properties that include real estate.
  • Operational schools, as well as those that are closed or vacant.
  • A range of educational institutions including preschools, daycares, childcare centers, and K-12 or primary schools.
  • Institutions following various educational styles or curriculums, such as Montessori, Abeka, Creative Curriculum, etc.
  • Schools that are franchised, ideally nearing the conclusion of their franchise agreements.

Our unique ownership structure and our commitment to preserving the legacies of previous owners allow us to devise transition plans that support and maintain the critical elements of the seller's legacy and objectives.

Here are the primary criteria we consider when assessing potential acquisitions, whether they involve single or multiple sites:

  • A licensed capacity of at least 125 students per school.
  • Facilities spanning over 6,000 square feet.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Consistent student enrollment figures.
  • Modern facilities and playgrounds designed for early childhood education.
  • A well-trained and qualified staff.
  • Active community engagement and connections.
